 The dog training industry can be isolating. Long hours, emotionally demanding cases, running a business—and doing it all while staying aligned with your values. You love what you do, but burnout and compassion fatigue are real, and the path forward isn’t always clear.  I’m Sylvia Koczerzuk, and I’m here to change that.  

I’ve been where you are—juggling complex behaviour cases, marketing a business, supporting clients, and trying to find the time (and energy) to keep my passion alive.

 I created this mentorship program to offer the kind of guidance and support I wish I had earlier in my career: real, compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in hands-on experience.  

Whether you’re a new trainer or a seasoned professional, I help you navigate the complexities of this work—so you can continue doing what you love, sustainably and successfully.

📦 Coaching Packages
Whether you need a one-time sounding board or long-term support, I have a package to meet your needs:  
Single Session – $175 A one-hour coaching or consulting session. Perfect if you’re stuck on a case, need business advice, or want to test the waters before committing. We can also talk through a challenge with your own dog!  4-Session Package – $650  Book a series of four sessions to dive deeper into a specific goal or situation—whether that’s a program design, or behaviour case support. Must be used within 3 months.  


Ideal for trainers navigating big transitions or wanting consistent, high-touch support.
