This guide will walk you through what to expect, how to prepare, and how we’ll work together to bring clarity, strategy, and fun to your dog’s learning.
We believe that dog training should be relationship-centred, fun, and built on trust — not fear or force.
Our approach is based on modern science, positive reinforcement, and respect for the individual dog and human.
We don’t do cookie-cutter.
We coach, we teach, and we transform.
We teach concepts to your dog and you might be surprised how different it is to your typical obedience style.

How Sessions Work :
Discovery Call: 30 minutes – We get to know each other, clarify your dog’s needs, collaborate and set initial goals.
First Session: 60 minutes – Observations, baseline exercises, and initial plan
Follow-Ups: 45-60 minutes – Skill-building, troubleshooting, support
Tools: Zoom link (if virtual), notes shared via email after each session. Food rewards (we prefer real meat or kibble), leashes, long lines, baby gates dog bed or something similar.
Homework: Bite-sized, fun, and effective
Communication Guidelines :
📨 Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 9am–6pm, Saturday 11am - 3pm
📅In person session days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturdays
📅Virtual session days: Tuesday, Fridays, Saturdays
💬 Support between sessions: Quick check-ins via email or voice notes welcome (limit: 1 per week)
📅 Reschedules: Please give 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged
🚨 Emergencies: This isn’t an emergency service — contact your vet for medical issues.
FAQs
Where are session held? → Sessions are held either in your home ( we have no studio) or virtually. In many instances in home can be a great space to start all training and behaviour adjustment.
You need to see the behaviour → I am happy to watch any videos you take of your dog. I never want to replicate any instances where your dog is rehearsing or experience any kind of negative behaviour or emotions. I don’t need to see your dog’s behaviour in person—my experience and training allow me to understand what’s happening through your description and history.
What if my dog doesn’t cooperate? → That’s part of the process. We adjust and meet your dog where they are.
How long will this take? → It depends on your goals and consistency. We’ll track progress together.
Should my partner/kids be there? → Yes, but please make sure they are able to concentrate on the training process and that we want to be part of it.
What support do you give after our session? → Join my affordable membership (one time fee) and be in our community for support along with bi-weekly Zoom Q and A session for more learning.
