I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Safe and happy is the goal always. I have been catching up and waiting for a new website to be completed? Updating much needed continueing education so that I can maximize learning for my dogs and important for you and your dogs. I could spend all my days learning which in a way I do from my own dogs and from you. These cold snowy days have made it conducive to staying inside and learning but it also has made me create different activities that are satifying to my dogs. They are still running around in the backyard, some of our favourite spots are pretty snow covered but we manage to get out to some anyway for a brief encounter where the snow isnt so deep. But then back at home its a fine balance of learning and physical activites especially with small adolescent in the house.
I hope you are all keeping warm and remember to keep the pups warm, brush or comb out the snow, check in between the paws to get those ice balls out, wipe off the salt which isnt too healthy for our dogs and dont leave them out for too long. We let our dogs do about 5 - 10 minutes maximum in the backyard as they run their circles around their pathways we have cleared for them. I am excited about 2018, stay safe.
